On Oct. 3rd, 2007 Dennis and Claudia, our friends from Holland, arrived
at Ontario Airport. I hadn't seen them since they visited us in
Shanghai, so it was great to have them over. We took them to many
different places; we went to Mount Baldy where the weather suddenly
changed and we were shivering as we were climbing and it started to
hail. The weekend we spent in Las Vegas; wealso visited an old miners
place called Ghost Town where we went back in time. We drove to Joshua
Park to enjoy nature and walked some trails.

We visited Bernadino's Mountains (stopped for a short while In "Twin
Peaks"), Los Angeles' Chinese Town, Santa Monica, Beverly Hils and of
course Hollywood. We also drove to Long Beach, visited Catalina Island;
we had to take the ferry to get there and it was beautiful. I'll post
some of  those pics  seperately later on. We really enjoyed our
time together and of course days went by way too quickly! The weather
was perfect most of the time.

We also spent quite some hours in Ontario Mall during the last 2 days
before they were leaving, so Dennis and Claudia ended up going back
with 5 bags instead of the 3 they came with. So many dollars for
Euro's!!

It was fun big time!!
